Public Market Volunteer

The Lenexa Public Market features a variety of local food merchants, a common eating area and outdoor seating, an events space with a demonstration kitchen, and year-round programming. It is designed to be a vibrant culinary destination and gathering place for the community.

Public Market AmbassadorThe new Lenexa Public Market is popular and we expect large crowds on the weekends. You can help by volunteering for a two-hour shift at the Public Market. You will walking around the market to greet visitors, answer questions and help keep everything running smoothly. Volunteers should plan to stand on their feet for the two hour shift. Training will be provided.
Public Market Special Event Assistant During different times of the year we will have opportunities for volunteers to assist in making sure our events run smoothly. When an opportunity arises we will reach out to volunteers to get them scheduled.
